Return Policy

1.Withdrawal BEFORE Receiving the Goods

(a) Before shipping / Before receiving the Goods – Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to the email address [email protected] or by telephone communication at the phone number +30 213 044 9422 (local charge), [contact hours: Tuesday – Saturday: 10:00 – 18:00 Greece Time] – [excluding official public holidays in Greece].

 

(b) After shipping / Before receiving the Goods – Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to the email address [email protected] or by telephone communication at the phone number +30 213 044 9422 (local charge), [contact hours: Tuesday – Saturday: 10:00 – 18:00 Greece Time] – [excluding official public holidays in Greece] or is presumed (the cancellation) in case seven (7) calendar days have passed while the Goods remain at the offices of the cooperating transport company after an unsuccessful delivery attempt and relevant electronic notification to you (via SMS) from the cooperating transport company to the contact details you have provided us.

 

(c) After cancellation in the above cases (a) and (b), the company will return to you within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of cancellation, interest-free, the amount that you have possibly paid [1. value of product and 2. shipping costs unless the shipping was free. Shipping costs are not refunded when: (i) purchases are made from countries outside the E.U., (ii) you have chosen your own courier company or another means of transport, that is not the transport company the company cooperates with].

 

It is specified that the cost of returning the Goods in case (b) above (transportation and possible customs duties/fees) will be entirely charged to you and will be deducted from the value you are to receive back. The return cost is specifically defined as follows:

 

  • Purchases within Greece: five (5) euros*
  • Purchases for Australia: fifty (50) euros
  • Purchases for the USA: forty (40) euros
  • Purchases for the rest of the world: twenty-six (26) euros.

(d) The refunds under (a) and (b) will be processed either by crediting your bank account (in the case of purchases within Greece) or by crediting your credit/debit card, depending on the payment method that was used for your initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise through an email sent to [email protected]. If the refund is processed through a credit to your bank account (in the case of purchases within Greece), we would kindly ask you to inform us via email at [email protected] with your account number (IBAN), the bank where you maintain the account, and the name of the account holder as it appears in your bankbook. For security reasons, the account holder must be the same person whose name is on the receipt/invoice of purchase for the merchandise that you have returned to us.

 

(e) There may sometimes be delays in the crediting of your credit/debit card that could be due to the bank. If you have not received your credit within 14 calendar days, please contact us either via email at [email protected] or by phone at +30 213 044 9422 (local charge), [contact hours: Tuesday – Saturday: 10:00 – 18:00 Greece Time] – (excluding official public holidays in Greece).

2. Withdrawal - Right to Change AFTER Receipt of the Goods

(a) If you are a physical entity (consumer) who enters into the sale for personal use and not for the purposes of your individual activity (commercial, business, craft, or professional), you have the right, within a deadline of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods, to return the sold Goods without being obliged to inform us of the reason for which you wish to return the Goods. To exercise the above right of withdrawal/cancellation, you will be sent a relevant withdrawal form (Change/Returns Form) which you can also find here, although it is not mandatory. This form will guide you step by step on how to proceed with your return.

 

It is specified that:
(i) The exercise of the above right (sending of the request and the Goods) must be performed no later than within the above-mentioned fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the Goods (proof of receipt date: the courier’s or post office’s stamp, or in any other case, any other official indication of the receipt date of the Goods), and that

 

(ii) For hygiene reasons, returns of cosmetics that have been unsealed or whose packaging has been tampered with are not accepted. Furthermore, returns/exchanges are not accepted for products that do not carry a safety seal for hygiene and health protection reasons.

 

(b) In the event that you exercise the aforementioned right of withdrawal within the exclusive deadline of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods, the company will refund you the amount you may have paid within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of cancellation, interest-free, including: 1. product value and 2. shipping costs unless the shipping was free of charge. Shipping costs are not refunded when: (i) purchases are made from countries outside the EU, (ii) you have chosen your own courier company or another method of transportation, i.e., not the shipping company that the company cooperates with. The company is entitled to withhold the amounts until the Goods are returned.

 

It is clarified that the cost of returning the Goods (transportation and potential customs duties/taxes) will be entirely at your expense and will be deducted from the value you are due to receive back. The return costs are specifically defined as follows:

 

  • Purchases within Greece: five (5) euros*
  • Purchases for Australia: fifty (50) euros
  • Purchases for the USA: forty (40) euros
  • Purchases for the rest of the world: twenty-six (26) euros.

(c) The refund can be made either by crediting your bank account (in the case of purchases within Greece) or by crediting your credit/debit card, depending on the payment method you used for your original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise via email, which will be sent to [email protected]. If the refund is to be credited to your bank account (in the case of purchases within Greece), we would ask you to inform us via email, specifically at [email protected], of your account number (IBAN), the bank where you hold the account, and the name of the beneficiary as stated in the passbook. For security reasons, the beneficiary of the account number must be the same person who is listed on the receipt/invoice of purchase for the Goods you have returned to us.

 

(d) Occasionally, there may be a delay in the credit to your credit/debit card which may be due to the bank. If you have not received your credit within 14 calendar days, please contact us either via email at [email protected] or by phone at +30 213 044 9422 (local charge), [contact hours: Tuesday – Saturday: 10:00 – 18:00 Greece Time] – (excluding public holidays in Greece).

 

(e) In every case of return as aforementioned, the Goods must necessarily be accompanied by the printout of the original receipt/invoice of purchase that was sent to you electronically. For all the above cases, the Goods must be in the condition that you received them, complete and undamaged (bearing the labels with their quality characteristics and their value, other labels, and their stickers) and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product(s) (to be in accordance with the company’s codes) and must be in excellent condition, along with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g., Delivery Note, Invoice, Retail Receipt, etc.).

3.Defective Goods

(a) The company takes every possible measure to ensure that all Goods (regardless of type) are specially and carefully packaged to reach you without damage. However, in very rare cases, there is a risk that some of the Goods may be damaged during shipping to you. Also, in very rare instances, there may be a chance that you receive a product with a defect. For this reason, and without prejudice to your above right to withdraw, which is unaffected, we invite you to inspect the products upon receipt.

 

(b) In the event that you find any damages and/or defects in the product, given the company’s responsibility for actual defects in accordance with articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code and Law 2251/1994, please inform us by contacting our company’s customer service center at +30 213 044 9422 (local charge), [contact hours: Tuesday – Saturday: 10:00 – 18:00 Greece Time] – [excluding official public holidays in Greece], and let us know if you would like a new item sent to you for replacement, or if you wish to exercise your right to withdraw as aforementioned. If you decide to exercise your right to withdraw and return the paid funds, the refund/credit can be made either by crediting your bank account (for purchases within Greece), or by crediting your credit/debit card. If the refund is to be made to your bank account (for purchases within Greece), we would kindly ask you to inform us via email at [email protected] with your account number (IBAN), the bank where you hold the account, and the name of the beneficiary as it appears in the passbook. For security reasons, the beneficiary of the account number must be the same person whose name is on the purchase receipt/invoice for the Goods you have returned to us.

4.Return/Withdrawal Process for Defective Goods

(a) The process for returning Goods you have ordered from our Online Store is straightforward and is carried out according to the steps described in the printed Withdrawal-Change-Return Form that you can find here. Specifically:
You will receive from the above link the Withdrawal-Change-Return Form in which you must fill in the details of your order, the ordered Goods, the sales/purchase invoice number, and your details [mention the Goods you want to return [note the reason for the return – what you want to happen (refund, credit, replacement with the same Goods, replacement with other Goods, etc.) – send the Goods together with the printed Return Form to the address that will be stated each time on the Return Form following the instructions of the Return Guide.

 

(b) In any case of return as above, the Goods must necessarily be accompanied by the printout of the original receipt/invoice of purchase that has been sent to you electronically. For all the above cases, the Goods must be in the condition you received them, complete and without damages (bearing the labels with their quality characteristics and value, the other labels and their stickers), and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the Goods (to match the company’s codes) and to be in excellent condition, along with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g., Dispatch Note, Invoice, Retail Receipt, etc.).

 

(c) The return of defective products will be charged to the company, unless you choose a courier company other than the one we propose, in which case the return cost will be fully borne by you.

 

*Note that for orders where Box Now service has been chosen as the shipping method during purchase and is chosen again for the return, the shipping costs for purchases within Greece are set at three (3) Euros.
