Shipping Methods

For purchases within Greece, shipments are made (a) with the courier service Box Now, or (b) with the courier company Easy Mail for deliveries within Attica, and (c) with the courier company Speedex for the rest of Greece.

For international purchases, shipments are made with DHL courier and Geniki Taxydromiki.

1.Based on the standard delivery schedule of our partnered courier company, the delivery times are as follows:

• To the capitals of the Greek prefectures, within 1–3 business days from the shipment of the goods to the carrier (excluding islands),
• To other areas in Greece, within 2–4 business days from the shipment of the goods to the carrier. Remote areas may receive deliveries within 2–5 business days, and
• For destinations outside Greece, (i) to the countries of Germany, Cyprus, Italy, Sweden, Austria, Switzerland within 1–4 business days, (ii) to the rest of the world within 3–7 business days from the shipment of the goods to the carrier.

2.Subject to any specific charges that will be expressly provided in the Online Store and in any case in the confirmation of your order, generally, the shipping cost is as follows:

FREE SHIPPING:
– For orders WITHIN Greece over fifty euros (€50, VAT included) and for orders OUTSIDE Greece (regardless of the shipping method) over one hundred and fifty euros (€150, VAT included), shipping is FREE.

SHIPPING WITHIN GREECE:
For purchases within Greece, shipments are carried out (a) with the courier service Box Now or (b) with the courier company Easy Mail for Athens and with Speedex for the other regions.

– For orders less than fifty euros (€50, VAT included), the shipping cost is three euros (€3, VAT included) with the courier service Box Now, and it is five euros (€5, VAT included) with the courier companies Easy Mail and Speedex.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE GREECE:
For purchases outside Greece, shipments are made with DHL courier and and Geniki Taxydromiki.

– For orders under one hundred and fifty euros (€150, VAT included), the shipping costs are, (i) for the countries Germany, Cyprus, Italy, Sweden, Austria, Switzerland twenty euros (€20, VAT included) (ii) for Australia fifty euros (€50, VAT included) (iii) for the USA forty euros (€40, VAT included) (iv) for the rest of the world twenty-six euros (€26, VAT included).

– Any customs duties and local taxes are fully your responsibility. Each fee (duty-tax) is charged when the order arrives in the country and in case of return when it leaves the country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. Since customs charges depend on various parameters (e.g., weight, cost, VAT) from country to country, we suggest you always communicate with your local customs office for more information. When there are customs charges, they may additionally affect the delivery time of your package.
