Gift Card Terms of Use

The Tanpire gift card is provided only in digital format via the website www.tanpire.com.
It is issued by the company Tanpire IKE and its purchase is made according to the payment methods mentioned above. The Tanpire gift card is valid only for the purchase of products available through the web address www.tanpire.com and not from cooperating physical stores that offer the company’s products.

The Tanpire gift card is not nominal and incorporates a promise to provide to the recipient. It is freely transferable, so whoever legally has it in their hands can use it and is responsible for its protection and loss. Consequently, the company will bear no responsibility in case of theft or loss declaration of the card, as it has no obligation to conduct any identity verification.

The Tanpire gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After this period, it is automatically canceled and cannot be renewed or used by the holder/bearer. The remaining value of the card is not refundable in cash.

The card can be used as many times as the holder/bearer desires until the entire amount is exhausted. If the value of the online order exceeds the value of the Tanpire gift card, then the remaining amount can be paid using one of the accepted payment methods mentioned above.

The Tanpire gift card can be canceled within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase and issuance, provided that it has not been used at the time the cancellation request is submitted. In this case, its use is canceled, and the holder/bearer has no right to use it. The sender’s withdrawal should be communicated to our Company using any available communication methods. The price paid for the purchase of the Tanpire gift card will be refunded using the same payment method used for its purchase. The refund time varies depending on the bank and the payment method used for the purchase of the Tanpire gift card.

In case of returning products from an online order, which was made exclusively or in combination with the use of a Tanpire gift card, and provided the terms of the return policy are met, the Company undertakes to issue a new Tanpire gift card of equal value to the monetary value of the returned product and send it to the email address specified during the online order. Any remaining amount paid with another payment method will be refunded according to the payment method chosen for the original transaction.

In the event of refusal to accept an order, for which payment has been made exclusively or in combination with a Tanpire gift card, the Company undertakes to issue a new Tanpire gift card with a value equal to the original amount of the gift card used, deducting any return expenses of the products. The purchase and use of the Tanpire gift card implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The Company may modify these terms if necessary for compliance with applicable legislation or the Company’s policy. If any of these terms is deemed invalid, it does not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms.
